Mobile Lab

  • Now things are changed and we need to take decisions instantly, we are growing and we do not have time to wait for a month for getting test results of our very important asset like Transformer. We don’t need only result on site but we need results with interpretation and with trending so that we are able to take quick decisions.
  • Our NABL Accredited Oil Testing Laboratory is able to visit any of your plants.
  • The Mobile Oil Testing Lab is equipped with experienced Oil Testing Engineers capable of conducting comprehensive oil tests as per IS standards and providing detailed analysis of the results. This setup enables real-time monitoring and assessment of oil quality, ensuring accurate and reliable insights.
  • If any Abnormal results found during testing then you may ask for repeated testing of particular oil sample immediately.
    Hence repeatability can be increased so that you get a reliable results.
  • We have DGA testing facility with Auto Sampler Method (Method D) which is worldwide approved and acceptable (Without human error).
  • Normally you can get Oil Testing Reports after 15 to 30 days in conventional process with other labs, but here you can get the results on site itself.
  • We are maintaing previous Oil Testing Data in our database for our regular customers, to get Trend Analysis on site itself.
